Well, I have been showing Newfs for a looooong time. After marrying my wife, I wrangled her in to the madness as well. Together we have conditioned and shown some wonderful dogs owned by equally wonderful people. As the years have progressed we realized that a love and admiration for this breed has blossomed at Passport. Over the years we have learned the pedigrees, styles, and temperaments of various breeder's lines. This led us to start out with sound, intelligent, typey dogs from amazing bloodlines and great breeders. Our first Newf is a daughter of the Multiple Group Winning Ch. Halcyon-Cofino's Queen Isabela. We have been specialing Isabela during the beginning of the '08 show year, but decided to breed her half way through after multiple Group Firsts. Owned by Lourdes Cofino, Isabela's litter was a collaboration between us and Lourdes to find the best stud dog and have the quality litter we knew Isabela could produce. This was a success and Cofino Passport Princess Fiona came to live with
us and is owned by Laurel O'Neil, Arvind & Joyce deBraganca and Lourdes
Cofino.. She is lightening in a bottle! Highly intelligent, EXTREMELY energetic, and absolutely
gorgeous/ Now our love for Isabela and how much we will miss her when she retires, Fiona is exactly what we needed.
